ABOUT
Change My Mind
I'm a Girl Scout from Minnesota Wisconsin River Valleys.
I started this project to try and help decrease the stigma around talking about mental health in my high school and the community that I live in. We live in a world where, regardless of how old you are, where you are from, or what you do; we go through different progressions of mental health and wellness. I want to be able to help change this stigmatisation that surrounds mental health. This stigma around talking about mental health effects everyone whether they know it does or not.

Throughout doing this project, I have made bookmarks, given speeches and presentations, in the effort to destigmatise mental health in teenagers.
The person behind the project
I'm a high school student in Minnesota. I participate in Youth in Government as the MN Youth Lieutenant Governor and Model UN, addition to being in NHS, Student Senate, a Gold Award Girl Scout, Econ Club, and a violinist.
