Mental Health Resources

Here are free and accessible resources if you or someone you know needs to talk to someone, or if you want to learn more about mental health. If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis, help is available. There is hope. No matter the age or the challenge people face, help is only a phone call, text, or online chat away. Please remember that these resources are not jokes and should therefore not be used as such.

This is not a medical provider, if you or someone you know is in a crisis please don't hesitate to call 911. This is simply a tool that has some mental health resources for either immediate help or to learn more about mental health.
